47th Edition of the lemon festival of Massa Lubrense

Walks, tastings and shows to celebrate one of the symbols of local gastronomy.

Massa Lubrense is preparing to host “Limoni in festa”, a two-day event dedicated to good food and traditions, promoted by the association Pro Loco Massa Lubrense with the patronage and contribution of the city. The appointment is for Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 July in Largo Vescovado. This will be the 47th edition of the event.

To open the program, on July 8 from 18:30, the city center will come alive with the opening of the stands of crafts and typical products and with a tasting path based on lemon.

There will be shows: Saturday 8 at 21:00 the Neapolitan group “Foja” will perform in the concert “Miracoli e Rivoluzioni”. The band is known for its unique style, which blends traditional Neapolitan sounds with contemporary influences.

On Sunday 9, at 21:00, the actor Paolo Caiazzo will present the show “Eppure sorrido”. The actor is known for his ironic and satirical style of comedy, which addresses, with sarcasm and humor, topics of current affairs, politics and everyday life.

The event is part of the “Omaggio alla bellezza”, a series of summer events promoted by the municipal administration of Massa Lubrense.
