Useful information for those visiting Massa Lubrense

Welcome to the “Useful information” section of Massa Lubrense — this space is designed to offer you all the practical support you need to make the most of your stay, with information on transportation, useful contacts, services, environment, orientation and much more.

Transport and mobility

Massa Lubrense is well connected: you can reach it from Sorrento or from Naples and other main arrival points by bus and ferry.
Within the area, you can use local buses (EAV and SITA lines) to get around hamlets, beaches, and towns — tickets are available at bars, newsstands, or tobacconists.
If you prefer to move independently, you can rent cars, scooters or bicycles / e-bikes. Alternatively, hiking enthusiasts will find a network of trails and nature paths ideal for discovering coastlines, hills, and scenic landscapes.

Parking and local regulations

Blue stripes represent the majority of public parking: the hourly cost varies by area. Some areas require the purchase of “parkcards” or payment via a parking meter or dedicated apps.
For those who spend more time or want extended comforts, a pass issued by the local Municipal Police Command is available.
For motorcycles and scooters, there are often dedicated free stalls.

Services & useful contacts

For tourist information, accommodation, events, or activities, the Pro Loco Massa Lubrense office (Viale Filangieri 11, 80061 Massa Lubrense — tel/fax +39 081 533 9021) is available and provides maps, information materials, and direct support.
In the section “Useful numbers” you will also find the contacts of medical guard, pharmacy, law enforcement, public assistance and every essential service to ensure you a peaceful and safe stay.

Environment, waste and respect for the territory

For residents and tourists, the section “Separate waste collection” offers details on days, times and ways to deliver waste and recyclable materials: concrete help to respect the environment and participate in land care.
